Some riders like solidarity, some like solitude, but even when you ride alone, you ride with others. This is the motorcycle community: a shared appreciation for riding, a knowing of strangers, a bond that has connected Harley-Davidson riders for generations!We hope that your experience as a patron of DHD will extend beyond your purchases! We love what we do, and hope that we can share the excitement that comes from the sport of motorcycling.

We are actively involved in many community events and benefits;
Downtown Harley-Davidson has been a proud sponsor of the Children’s Ride Benefiting Children’s Hospital for over 12 years. Donating a New H-D for a biker build off competition, in which the bikes are auctioned off and all the monies go to Children’s Hospital. We are directly involved in all the Children’s Ride events, as well as hosting the rides and luncheons at our dealership and help advertise/promote the event.
Muscular Dystrophy Association; We proudly Sponsor MDA and hold their Holiday Parties here upstairs in our conference room as well as the MDA Youth Group meets here the 1st Thursday of every month. Our dealership layout enables us to host many charitable events and rides.
MDA Lock Up, Locking up community members in a mock jail here at the dealership and rising money to get the out of jail. All the money raised goes to MDA.
Special Olympics Torch Ride Sponsors; Partnership with the Special Olympics and the many local and state Police Officers raising money for Special Olympics with a donation ride, all monies go to Special Olympics.
Special Olympics Water Balloon Event; Local Police Officers sit on our roof and customers purchase water balloons to toss at them and all the monies go to Special Olympics.
Fallen Officers Rally; Partnering w/7 local H-D dealerships for a ride benefiting the Behind the Badge Foundation, which helps Police Officers and families of fallen officers. We helped raised over $52,000!!
Rev It Up For Kids; Sponsor of rally to raise money for the Atlantic Street Center for homeless children and adults.
LOH Summit, donating gifts to all attendees of the Ladies of Harley Summit each year.

Our Anniversary Party Dedicated to Honor those that Serve Us; Firefighters, Police, EMT’s, All Branches of the Military, Veterans and more came .We celebrated them and thanked them for all they do for us every day. Free food, giveaways just for them, music and much more. We had over 3,000 here that day.
Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research American Cancer Society, Pediatric Cancer Care, Boyer’s Children’s Clinic, American Legion Riders, IMPACT Ride for abused children, Kent Youth and Family Services, Lou Gehrig’s Benefit, Renton Firefighters Benefit Fund, Northwest Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Puppy Putt Ride raising money for guide dogs for the blind, Child Haven for Abused Children, BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse), Tukwila Pantry Food Drive, Toys for Kids Toy Drive, Total Living Concepts; we donate our conference room for their special needs group and instructors, we donate to many motorcycle clubs who have benefit rides and events raising money for fallen riders, cancer patients, and other needs.
We also contribute to our local HOG Chapter w/donations and funds to help them with their local charities.
We hold weddings here! One couple was Harley riders who purchased their bikes here. We lined up the bikes for them to walk through the isle of bikes with the lights pointed on them. They held their reception upstairs in our conference room. It was very cool! Everyone including the public was invited!

HOG HEAVEN-Conference Room Rental Information & Guidelines
The conference room at DHD is available during our normal business hours. Business hours are:
Summer Hours- April – Sept. - Tuesday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm Closed Monday
Winter: October – March -Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm Closed Sunday and Monday

We are not currently taking reservations for SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
The conference room comes complete with a Bose Sound System, which includes a projector and full screen with WIFI connect. Perfect for a power point meeting, slide shows and presentations. It also includes a DVD player and wireless microphone.
The conference room holds @200 comfortably, not including tables and chairs. It has a galley style kitchen, no cook top, but it does have a microwave oven, sink and plenty of counter space for a buffet!

No alcohol is permitted.
We currently offer the use of our 120 chairs, and 1, @15’ long banquet table. If you need other tables or chairs, you are welcome to rent them on your own, and have them delivered here, during normal business hours. If tables and chairs are rented and brought in, the renter is responsible for the pickup and delivery, and shall hold the dealership, Downtown Harley-Davidson, harmless of any responsibility for cost, condition or pick up & or delivery.
If you plan to decorate for your event, please feel free to do so. We ask that you respectfully do not remove the pictures or fixtures that are now up in the conference room and please do not leave marks, holes or tape on the walls. You may be charged an additional fee if there is damage to the walls, carpet or other.
If you are planning a large event, please include staff for your event for directing your guest to the conference room and security. You are welcome to place a sign on the door, or out in front of the store for your event.
The rental for the room $200.00.
For Motorcycle related clubs/events and non profits/events the room charge is waived.
We accept, cash, checks, Visa, and Master Card. We do not invoice for the room charge. Payment is due at time of service.
Renters are responsible for all set up & clean up. Chairs/tables put away, floors clean, counter tops and walls clean.
Downtown Harley-Davidson is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
We will dispose of your bagged garbage, cans/bottles that are put in the garbage containers. We will also vacuum the room after your event. We just ask that you please clean up the room when you are done using it.
