To Downtown Harley-Davidson Renton:

First of all I have to apologize for taking so long to send this. With that being said, and 2,000 miles later, I have to say what an awesome experience I had buying my Harley. David and Greg at Downtown Harley are the best! We always make it a point to stop by at least once a month to say “Hi!” They are truly an asset to your team, and are the reason we will continue to come back!

You guys probably dont' remeber my wife and I but we had or bikes shipped to your shop last summer and then back to Lakeland, Fl. via Haul-Bikes. This may be something you do all the time but for us it was the best vacation we evver had as we rode from Seattle to the Artic Circle in Alaska then back to Seattle over the cours eof three weeks and 6000 miles. Kevin, your help and assistance on the fron end really made me feel  "good" about sending our Harley's out there.This was my first time shipping my bike somewhere and gettingthat call knowing they were there, safe & sound helped me out a lot. Once we arrived to your shop, Brian informed us the local police did not look to kindly at novelty helmets.Your shop had some decnet helmets on sale so Jen was able to get a nice one that for the weather we were riding thru, ended up being a great improvment! All in all, the trip and the ride were excellent! Motorcycles ran quite well. I brought alongalomost 30 pounds of tools just in case and the only ones I used were to beak open crab legs in Anchorage! When we got back to SeattleBrian helped check us in and arrange to get some more of the "Haul Road" gravel/clay road off of our bikes before they were shipped. Most appreciated. If you now recall, you guys told me you collect Harley shot glasses and I told you I would send you some. When I got back, my dealer here didn't have any. They finally got some in the week before X-mas so now we are able to send them to you. Just like you guys were to me, I say what I do then do what I say. I hope you enjoy adding them to your collection.
