Conference Room Rental Guidelines
The conference room at DHD is available during our normal business hours. Business hours are:
Winter: October – March -Tuesday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 – 5:00pm,
Summer Hours- April – Sept. - Tuesday – Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm

We are not currently taking reservations for Sundays or Holidays.
The conference room comes complete with a Bose Sound System, which includes a projector and full screen with WIFI connect. Perfect for a power point meeting, slide shows and presentations. It also includes a DVD player and wireless microphone.
The conference room holds @150 comfortably, not including tables and chairs. It has a galley style kitchen, no cook top, but it does have a microwave oven, sink and plenty of counter space for a buffet!

No alcohol is permitted.
We currently offer the use of our 120 chairs, and 1, @15’ long banquet table. If you need other tables or chairs, you are welcome to rent them on your own, and have them delivered here, during normal business hours. If tables and chairs are rented and brought in, the renter is responsible for the pickup and delivery, and shall hold the dealership, Downtown Harley-Davidson, harmless of any responsibility for cost, condition or pick up & or delivery. Downtown Harley-Davidson is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
If you are planning a large event, please include staff for your event for directing your guest to the conference room and security. You are welcome to place a sign on the door, or out in front of the store for your event.
The rental charge for the room for non charities and non Motorcycle related clubs/events is $200.00.
For Motorcycle related events/clubs and charities, the room charge is waived.
Room charge is due 1 week prior to the event. We accept, cash, checks, Visa, and Master Card. We do not invoice for the room charge.
Renters are responsible for all set up & clean up. Chairs/tables put away, floors clean, counter tops and walls clean.
We will dispose of your bagged garbage, cans/bottles that are put in the garbage containers. We will also vacuum the room after your event. We just ask that you please clean up the room when you are done using it.
